We started Gulf Region Systems because we were tired of watching good crews lose work to a missed call.
Gulf Region Systems was founded in 2022 in Lafayette, Louisiana. Our first customer was an electrician we'd worked alongside for years — and the only reason he hired us was because he was losing $80,000 a year to calls he couldn't answer while he was on a roof.
We built a small AI tool that fired an SMS the moment a call rang out. Within a month, his bookings doubled. He told three friends. They told three more. Three years later we power the front office for 500+ contractors across the Gulf Region and beyond.
We've stayed deliberately small, deliberately focused, and deliberately honest about pricing. One plan, $147/month, every feature on, cancel anytime. If we have to confuse you to keep you, we don't deserve the work.
